Youth Bible Study
“As for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Messiah Jesus”
(2 Timothy 3:14-15).
We invite parents to send their youth ages 10-16 to our Youth Bible Study, which meets every Friday from 6:30-8:30 pm at various locations in the Dunedin area.
We play games or sport, sing, discuss our Bible study homework, pray, and eat together. The average size of our group is twenty youth and four adults, with an even mix of young men and women.
During the week, we ask youth to spend 15 minutes a day studying a portion of Scripture using an inductive Bible study workbook designed to teach basic Bible study skills. This year we'll be studying Philippians and John together.
The study is broadly Christian, evangelical, non-denominational, and non-sectarian. We have youth from several different churches attending.
